It’s pretty amazing really… just walking around town centre today …busy as ever and at the same time thoughtful ‘Keep calm and carry on’ is so much more than 5 words on a tea mug
Did though there are tough thoughts in there too need to sleep tonight but hopefully i can get back to it at w/end. Trafalgar was packed to all corners at vigil. I only made it round the area close to 7 but heard Sadiq K speak while still at work. It was busy as usual with tfl aids helping to guide people as traffic was diverted for a while around the vigil. It’s as if people not only went about business as usual but it was fairly dry day so going about on foot around town felt the preferred thing to do.

The city that endured the Blitz is just going to keep on chugging along!

The spirit of Londoners is something else. It is extremely reassuring, even for non-Londoners, to see the city defy the threat.
